Elkartasuna Norbegia, Finlandia eta Danimarkatik//Solidarity from Denmark, Norway and Finland

Danimarkan Euskal Herriarekin elkartasuna talde berri bat sartu da egunotan eta horrez gain International Forum gazte erakundetik elkartasuna helarazi diete Segiri, gazte atxilotuei eta euskal gazteri osoari.
Horrez gain Finlandian, Danimarkan eta Norbegiako hainbat webgunetan sarekadaren berri eman eta elkartasuna adierazi dute.

34 politically active in the struggle for an independent and socialist Basque country have been arrested.
Yesterday morning, Tuesday 24th November, the fascist Spanish court arrested 36 members of the Basque youth organisation Segi.
Segi is a revolutionary, feminist, Basque and internationalist youth organisation which is active in the struggle for a socialist and independent Basque country (Euskal Herria).
Segi has, like most of the antifascist and revolutionary Basque organisations, been declared a terrorist organisation by the Spanish state despite having an open and democratic structure. The criminalisation is part of the Spanish state’s repression against the legitimate Basque struggle for freedom. The Spanish government uses the criminalisation of any struggle (parliamentary as well as extra-parliamentary) as an excuse to legitimate their persecution, arrests and torture of political activists. The Spanish state claims to be democratic, despite their obvious fascist workings.
Through out the last six months the Spanish government has intensified the so called Dirty War against all Basques who are organised socialistically and for a free Basque country. This includes kidnappings, torture, incomunicados (isolation) and murder of political activists. The police has, in addition to that, attacked and brutally repressed any kind of expression of solidarity with the about 775 Basque political prisoners, who are imprisoned in all parts of both the Spanish and the French state.
We, in International Forum, support Segi and the Basque people’s struggle for an independent and socialist Basque country.
